Audio SPI Applications Fall 2020 Windows 10 64bit Release

Hi All,

Fall 2020, Audio SPI and Video SPI applications and libraries are all being build for Windows 10 64bit (and 32bit) using recent Visual Studio compilers (VS 2010, VS 2013, VS 2017, VS 2019). Most of these apps and libraries are multiplatform (Linux, Mac OS, Windows) but the builds found on and are compiled against Windows.

The Fall 2020 testing of these hundreds of Windows Audio and Video Production applications will be mostly restricted to Windows 10 64bit platform. However, some of these applications still work under Windows XP, most do work under Windows 7 and later.

It is our wish to be able to deploy most of the Audio SPI and Video SPI Production in the cloud sometimes in 2021.

Audio SPI Applications: These are Windows software Apps running on top of many open source libraries found in the audio_spi/lib-src folder.

Audio SPI version of OIFII Library: Audio SPI apps and Video SPI apps rely on this library for Voronoi diagrams construction and Vorotrans video creation functionality.

Audio SPI version of Tonic Library: Audio SPI apps rely on this library for creating synthesizers, samplers, recorders, audio effects, etc.

Much more documentation coming up as well as many more revisions to these first 3 online documentation sites.

Fall 2019, AudioSPI.COM sells 30-day support on its proprietary 200+ audio and video applications (in English, French and Spanish). The AudioSPI applications are server-oriented and enable music artists, music producers and artistic video producers to efficiently generate visual content from audio tracks minimizing human interaction. Optionally, AudioSPI applications do provide automatically generated and customizable GUIs (Graphical User Interface) as well as audio and video I/O (Input/Output). AudioSPI.COM also plans on selling visual content production service using its unique software applications.

AudioSPI’s initial vertical market is to be composed principally of DJs (Disc Jockeys) and VJs (Video Jockeys), this, in Montreal, in North America and in the World. AudioSPI founder, Stephane Poirier aka DJ-OIFII aka VJ-OIFII, uses AudioSPI applications to generate music and visual which can be used as demonstrations to clients and used in live events when sold as a service. A minimum of R&D activities will enable AudioSPI market to grow to specific niches such as a wider range of music and artistic video artists. Pushing the software applications to the cloud will enable AudioSPI to sell artistic content production automation to other type of entrepreneurs who nowadays need audio and video footage to create ads. The AudioSPI long-term goal is not only to automate the audio and video content production but also to automate the texto content production such as blog and e-books with minimal human interaction.


Stephane Poirier started programming 2D video games at age 13. Back in 1989, Poirier became music publisher and music concerts producer for his brother Carl a talented music composer. Between 1989 and 1991, Poirier not only sold and financed 50+ music concerts, but also participated to these live multimedia events by securing the visuals producing considerable amount of artistic video footage deployed over multiple large old televisions.

From 1985 to 2010, Poirier has held many research positions at Laval University, University of Alberta, University of British Columbia, University of Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Sherbrooke and McGill University. Over the years, Poirier has also held many corporate positions in Quebec and California. He has developed commercial software for EXFO, MATROX, CJ and XEROX as well as scheduling and visualization software for USA military schools and American Medical Response through the Californian military contractor ISERA GROUP INC.


After 30 years of artificial intelligence (AI) research and audio, video, geo and texto software development, the core AI software component named Offworld Virtual Being (OVB), designed and written solely by Poirier from 1995 to 2001, is finally ready to be deployed in society. From 2010 to 2017, Poirier wrote 200+ open source audio applications. From 2017 to 2019, Poirier wrote 10+ closed source video applications along with deploying its web presence over 15+ proprietary wordpress websites as well as over social networks. Fall 2019, Poirier is finally entering in marketing and business development phase with AudioSPI.COM. A scaling strategy needs to be determined. In parallel to the sales development this fall, Poirier plans to write multiple e-books for presenting the purpose of AudioSPI software applications and for teaching how to use AudioSPI software applications and services.
